You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You acknowledge that Floorchilling is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

Floorchilling reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion and without notice. We are not obligated to retain any User-Generated Content and may delete it at any time.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

In no event shall Floorchilling's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Floorchilling's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services for any reason, without notice, at any time. You agree that Floorchilling shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our services.
